SCHEDULE OF RATES
COMPANY agrees to pay, and CONTRACTOR agrees to accept payment for full performance of the Services required from CONTRACTOR on the schedule of rates payable as to 100% in Egyptian Pounds for services.
All quoted prices must exclude sales taxes which will be added as a separate item at invoice.
PRICES ARE BASED ON TWO (2) YEARS CONTRACT.

Note:
De-sludging and cleaning for pressure vessels and tanks shall be lump sum for mobilization, crew, equipment rate, sludge treatment and vessel/tank cleaning.
The working hours is 10 hours starting from the date of arrival to site until completion of the service.
Company shall provide, at its sole cost and expense, full accommodation and meals for Contractor's personnel.
If Contractor at any stage cannot cope with Company's activity another Contractor will be called-out and Contractor shall bear any extra cost.
Transportation is Contractor responsibility.
ARTICLE 2 - SCOPE OF WORK
The Work covered by this Contract includes but is not limited to supply of equipment, tools and necessary manpower to the Company with de-sludging, cleaning, inspection and repair of oil/water storage tanks & pressure vessels services contract at Company operations area districts and its remote area Services at Company’s operation areas at Western Desert and/or any other field(s) as follows, according to the following requirements:

Contractor for this project should be specialized at these kinds of equipment and has past- experience for this kind of inspection activities.
1. Section 1:
1.1 De-sludging and Cleaning of Tanks:
The sludge accumulates in vessels leading to loss of operational capacity and acceleration of corrosion in the vessels the scope of work of pressure vessels will consist of the following:
1.1.1 Work Scope Coverage:
This Contract shall cover the following:
- Contractor shall make complete cleaning for the whole internal shell of crude oil storage tanks to be ready for inspection and hot work standards.
• On-site chemical treatment for tanks sludge.
• De-sludging of Company tanks at all Company sites.
1.2.De-sludqinq and Cleaning of Pressure Vessels.
The sludge accumulates in vessels leading to loss of operational capacity and acceleration of corrosion in vessels. The scope of work of pressure vessels will consist of the following.
1.2.1 Work Scope Coverage.
This Contract shall cover the following:
On-site chemical treatment technique for vessel sludge.
De-sludging of company vessels at all Company sites.
Cleaning by diesel washing for internal shell of the vessel (will be done after all de-sludging operations are completed) to be ready for visual inspection and hot work standard.
Mechanical cleaning could be used in case of heavy scale vessels.
Abrasive blasting could be used in case of obtain prober cleaning for inspection activities
Any sludge containing naturally occurring radioactive materials "NORM" shall be transferred to NORM Disposal area.
Contractor is required to submit full set of their operating procedures which states rules and criteria relevant to the nature of service requested.
Contractor shall operate with up-to-date formal quality management system in accordance with ISOS and shall provide detailed documented description of their quality management system including certificates.
Contractor shall submit daily report for the progress and details about performed daily activities to supervising department.
Contractor should supply all the needed equipment and works to execute the project (workers, tools, scaffolding, vehicles, ...etc.)

Bid Lists of sub-contractors must be approved by Company. Dual approval must be obtained from Company before award of any sub-Contractor contract. Sub- contractor shall comply with the same obligations as Contractor.
Contractor must provide all required data / information for the best sub- contractor if required.
Plans developed for Company's operating facilities should take into account provision of the necessary documents covering the following consideration for de-sludging and cleaning.
• Job safety assessment
• Isolation of equipment
• Provisions for access.
The vessels are confined space, Contractor must be aware and certified for Confined space entry and the Contractor should provide the standard operation procedure (SOP) fir the vessels de-sludging.
All equipment provided by the Contractor should match company electrical power requirements and/or safety standards.
Mobilization and de-mobilization to and from the site "Work Location" is within the Contractor scope.
All equipment provided by the Contractor must be explosion proof and shall comply with hazardous area classification of class 1 division II.
All heavy equipment and dump trucks will be checked prior to starting the service to ensure from its safe operation.
Contractor shall provide Company with a plan for the treatment of removed sludge covering the method of treatment and time needed to decrease hydrocarbons in sludges to be less than 5 % total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH).
Handover treated soil will be based on TPH analysis in Third Party lab approved from HSE and this analysis will be confirmed by measurement conducted locally at districts using retort technique.
Contractor shall comply with the company waste management system and procedures.
Excavation a temporary lined pit for receiving removed sludge (if required). Contractor shall perform soil investigation to ensure no sludge penetration. PIT shall be backfilled after sludge removal to the proper waste area.
- Company shall provide water, diesel and power supply required for sludge treatment and this based on the amount needed from Contractor and availability of these resources in the district.

- Contractor should supply all the necessary equipment that assure gas freeing to keep the vessel away from explosion and any required self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), replacement air bottles, personnel protective equipment (PPE) and all safety monitoring devices during performing the services.
- Diesel washing for half of the interior shell height (will be done after all de-sludging operations are completed) to be ready for visual inspection and hot work standard.

- Contractor shall be fully responsible to transport the waste quantities that need to be removed from the vessels and tanks to disposal / treatment area.

- All sludge removed from the vessels will be shipped to either treatment area though GOS hazardous waste transfer manifest. All transfer operation must be approved by operation and HSE Departments. Work activity template should be agreed before starting the service.

1.5. Contractor's role related to service-quality assurance.
- Contractor is invited to pay a visit to the existing site and take the necessary information, measurements and get photos.
- Contractor shall provide a time frame including but not limited the service procedures, QA/QC documentation, HSE Requirements and the exact date of performing the service.
- Contractor shall operate with up-to-date formal quality management system in accordance with ISOs and shall provide a detailed documented description of their quality management system including certificates.
- Contractor shall provide Company with a list of all past history in the same service
